Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping Time

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email/SMS.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or refund the order minus shipping/fees.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • First, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier.

  • We may assist with a carrier inquiry, but we are not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery unless shipping insurance and protection is chosen at checkout.

Refused / Return-to-Sender

Packages refused or returned to sender may be refunded minus original shipping and any return fees.

We want you to love your Moby Bidet. If you don’t, you may request a return under the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Return Eligibility (Condition Requirements)

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your return must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  • Items must be returned in good physical condition (no cracks, heavy wear, missing components, or damage from misuse).

Opened / Installed Items (Hygiene & Processing)

Because this is a bathroom hygiene product, we reserve the right to refuse returns that present hygiene concerns (e.g., visible contamination) or that are missing essential parts.

Return Shipping (Who Pays)

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label for convenience, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original outbound shipping (including any expedited shipping) is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return (Return Authorization Required)

To request a return, contact us at info@mobybidet.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Inspection typically takes 3-7 business days after delivery to our returns address.

Damage, Defects, Wrong/Missing Items

Report damage, defects, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If confirmed:

  • We will provide replacement parts and/or a replacement unit at our discretion.

  • In confirmed defect cases, we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Returns with missing parts or significant damage not related to shipping/defects

Return Abuse / Excessive Returns

To protect fair pricing for all customers, we may limit returns in cases of suspected abuse (including more than 1 opened/installed return per household within 12 months).
